My esteemed palette makes the grade for KalamaBrew today. KalamaBrew blogger Anne Holcomb, through the magic of the twitter universe, called for suggestions on pairing a paczki with beer. Naturally the brain cogs start turning and the tastebuds spawn creativity. My suggestion … raspberry and framboise. See below:

1) Raspberry Paczki and Framboise (or another fruit lambic or raspberry beer)

@captainia suggested this combo on Twitter and I think it sounds sinfully delicious, especially if you get a raspberry filled paczki with lots of powdered sugar on top.
